Next 100 Colorado Accepting Applications for Pilot Mentorship Program

Next 100 Colorado announced this week that it is accepting applications for its pilot mentorship program. The Next 100 Colorado Mentorship Program is a six-month program for a cohort of 10 mentors and 10 mentees designed to help connect Colorado’s emerging and seasoned leaders of color through a series of partnerships, network formation, and leadership building. The program will consist of three full cohort gatherings (including an orientation), three one-on-one meetings, and a closing celebration, in addition to an online environment through which the group will be able to connect and share resources. With uncertainty about restrictions on travel and in-person gatherings likely to persist throughout the year, the program will be designed to accommodate virtual gatherings in the short-term with the potential to shift to in-person gatherings as state and national circumstances change.

Next 100 Colorado is facilitated by Keystone Policy Center and focuses on workforce diversity at land management agencies and across the conservation and outdoor recreation industries; ensuring equitable outdoor access for all people; and using outdoor spaces to tell accurate, complex, uplifting, and healing stories about our state lands.
